Entrupy uses artificial intelligence and image-based authentication technology to evaluate supported luxury products.

Where an Entrupy authentication certificate or record is issued for a product, the relevant authentication information may be made available with the product or order documentation.

Authentication assessments are performed using the processes and standards of the authentication provider.

BAGMINT does not represent that it is the original manufacturer of any resale product or that authentication constitutes an endorsement by the original designer brand.

Customers who have concerns regarding the authenticity of an item should contact BAGMINT customer support for review.

Nothing in this section limits any applicable statutory rights relating to authenticity, misrepresentation, or product conformity.

### 6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.
